Minaean On Track With The Execution Of Bus Queue Shelters Contract In Mumbai, India

October 14, 2010

Vancouver, BC, Canada – Thursday, October 14, 2010 – Minaean International Corp. (TSX V: MIB; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: NJA) is pleased to announce that its Indian subsidiary, Minaean Habitat (India) Pvt. Ltd.(“MHI”), is on schedule in the execution of the bus queue shelters contract with one of India’s  largest Out of Home Media companies. The contract, valued at CDN $1.6 million, for the production and installation of 200 bus queue shelters was awarded to MHI on August 20th, 2010 with a time line of 115 days and has to be executed by December 15th, 2010.  MHI has produced and installed 75 units to date with 50 more currently under production for installation during this month.

These bus queue shelters are of an ultra modern stainless steel design duly approved by BEST & Mumbai Municipal Corporation and are being fabricated in Minaean’s Mumbai plant in India. This efficient execution by MHI paves the way for more potential orders currently being negotiated with various other media companies.  Several municipal and state governments are pursuing the installation of Street Furniture with the focus of providing a “new look” to several cities and townships.

India’s economy has been surging ahead and opportunities for Minaean are gaining momentum. The Company is confident that in the near future it will secure some of the orders which are under negotiations.

Separately, the Company is pleased to report that Minaean International Corp. was one of only two companies selected by BC’s Ministry of Small Businesses for speaking along side India’s past President Dr. Abdul Kalam who visited Vancouver recently. In his speech Mervyn Pinto, President of Minaean, remarked that the timing could not be better for local companies established in India to reap the benefits of their efforts over the past few years.
