Bancorp and its predecessors have been around for 127 years. We were a very traditional
thrift when I had the opportunity to join with this institution. Our major focus over the
last six years has been to establish this institution as a more competitive financial
institution; not only in the markets have we served but also in the markets that we have
moved into over the last six years. We have moved much more to a commercial bank culture
environment and we are focused on growing our institution by additional products and
services that enhance our institution. |
