Renegade Venture Corporation (OTC: RDVN), through its only operating subsidiary, Hamilton
Aerospace Technologies, Inc., provides maintenance, engineering and modification services
for large passenger jet aircraft to scheduled and charter airlines and aviation leasing
companies. Hamilton Aerospace holds a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Air
Agency Certificate, which allows it to perform such services. We
are in the process of building an aviation group. Offers Mr. Ian Herman, Chairman and CEO of Renegade Venture Corporation, When you look at it initially, all you see is one subsidiary, namely
Hamilton Aerospace, but what you are looking at is the beginnings of the development of an
aviation group. Pointing out the Companys competitive edge Mr. Herman tells us, If you are not
high quality there are problems with the FAA. Our competitors have a much higher overhead
structure than we have. Senior management here, wear a number of different hats and we
only add overhead when we know we have the business. The other edge is that we have
recently just broken into the international aircraft trading business. One of the things
we spoke about in interviews last year is that we needed to do that in order to capture
our market. If you are able to supply the aircraft to your customers and supply them with
maintenance attached, you will ensure your future business.
The industry is small, and everybody knows everybody. You can
quickly develop your reputation. Commenting on how its reputation has helped
Renegade Venture develop more business, Mr. Herman continues,
Our reputation has caused us to be approached by Jetran
International who acquired just under a hundred aircraft from U.S Air, when they went into
Chapter 11, and they chose to maintain the majority of their aircraft with us, and that
was a major step for us and it got the message to the whole industry of who we are. That
has caused a number of people as far away as Africa and South America, to come knocking on
our door. Sharing some thoughts on what may be important for investors to
understand about Renegade Venture Corporation, Mr. Herman
says, One of the reasons we have been quiet over the last few
months, is because we have done a major restructuring of our stock. Management now, is in
control of the business, which I know is very important to many investors.
Hamilton operates from facilities comprising about 21 acres located at Tucson
International Airport. These facilities include hangars, workshops and other buildings.
Notable Hamilton customers include Jetran International, United Parcel Service, a Boeing
Company joint venture, Goodrich Corporation, DHL Worldwide Express, Pegasus Aviation, Ryan
International Air and Falcon Air Express. The Company offers extensive engine hush kit
experience including Federal Express, Raisbeck series, Boeing 727 aircraft, ABX series on
the DC9 aircraft, as well as Nordam, and AvAero series on the Boeing 737 aircraft.
