and greeting cards web sites while seeking licenses from a number of states to be able to
sell lottery tickets over the Web Games, Inc. (GMSI - OTC: BB) and its subsidiaries own

entertainment, online media and value-added information service providing subscribers with
access to entertaining proprietary content via the Internet. The Company and its
subsidiaries operate a branded network of web sites targeting three allied areas of
