Games, Inc. (GMSI - OTC: BB) and its subsidiaries own
and operate a compelling collection of online businesses engaged in interactive
entertainment, online media and value-added information service providing subscribers with
access to entertaining proprietary content via the Internet. The Company and its
subsidiaries operate a branded network of web sites targeting three allied areas of
interactive entertainment: government sponsored lotteries, Internet games, and digital
greetings. In addition, we continue to develop and manage a large opt-in e-mail database.
Games, Inc. currently owns and operates leading games and entertainment sites that
include: www.Games.com, Lottery.com, GameLand.com, SkillMoney.com and Cards.com. Offers Mr. Roger Ach, Chairman and CEO of Games, Inc., “GAMES, LOTTERY& GREETING CARDS; these three sources of
entertainment, economically delivered over the Internet, work together to make our company
unique and to create a large and multi-faceted community.” “People pay for
content electronically and they pay for content in their newspapers and magazines.”
Mr. Ach, continuing to comment on why Games lottery business
is poised for success says, “It appears that when there is
uniqueness that they will be happy to pay for that uniqueness and convenience. That is
particularly true in our lottery business as we seek licenses from a number of states to
be able to sell our lottery tickets over the web. People would like to have the
convenience and the ability to do their business when they wish to do their
business.” Addressing investors Mr. Ach states, “We look at the company and we see a very high visibility in its
brands and a high potential in the state lottery business and that is why we have put so
much of our own personal money into the company. ”

family and lay down a challenge. In addition, Games, Inc. is also adding new games all the
time. Current categories include: the exclusive Internet multi-player rights to all of the
world famous Hasbro Board and Word games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Risk,Boggle,
Battleship,and Yahtzee; the Atari Classic Arcade games such as Asteroids, BattleZone,
Space Duel and Tempest; and Cards and Dice Games such as Bridge, Gin Rummy, Hearts, Rook,
and Spades.
Lottery.com has developed secure technology to allow for the purchase of Lottery Tickets
over the Internet and is currently seeking licenses from a number of state lotteries.
Lottery.com offers subscribers the opportunity to receive personalize their state lottery
results, view the current and past lottery results, get their News, Weather, and Stocks
fast and first, see if their numbers have ever won, use the Number Generator for big
winnings, no Ads or Pop-Ups and fast Emailed Lottery Results.
Gameland.com provides an opportunity for players of all ages to play a wide variety of
strategy-based, skill based and classic casino based games, all played for fun from the
privacy of your own PC. Visitors to the Company’s SkillMoney.com site can play a
variety of skill-based games, for fun or for cash. Cards.com is a site that gives
individuals the opportunity to send a Greeting Card over the Internet, offering such
features as ‘Create-A-Card’ and ‘Comic Messenger’.
