Sound System – 2 Speakers, Amplifier, Mixer and 2 CD players.
Birch wood will provide a table. You will set the speakers up on each end of the table, the amplifier under the table in the center and mixer with CD players and TV for Karaoke on top of the table.

2 Speaker wires are in the bag get attached to the back of the amplifier and plugged into the back of the speakers.

In the bag are the Mixer and two wires, each with one RCA end and one Quarter inch jack end. Plug the RCA end into the back of the Mixer and the Quarter inch jack end into the back of the amplifier.

Microphone in the bag gets plugged into the quarter inch jack input in the back of the mixer.

1 CD player (small boom box) is there next to the speakers and the other (walkman type) is in the bag. Plug the red and white ends of the wires coming from the CD players into the red and white line in ports in back of the mixer (one in the line 1 inputs and the other in the line 2 inputs).

Karaoke – Make sure that you bring the TV. Birchwood will provide a table to set the system up on and you will set the TV next to the CD players on the table. In the bag you will find a wire with yellow ends. Plug one end into the blue small boom box player in the back in the empty yellow slot and the other end into the yellow input in the front of the TV. There is a game button on the left of the far left on the bottom of the TV. Press it and the TV will the show the Karaoke lyrics.

In the bag is also the long Orange Extension Cord and power strip.

Lighting – Light stand, Mirror/Disco ball, Spot pin light and Strobe light. Each are in their own bag. To set up the light you’ll need to set-up the cross bar stand so that it looks like a “T”. Open up the bottom the stand with the legs and tighten the screw again to secure the stand (Don’t over tighten). Place the ‘T” bar on the top and tighten. To set-up the disco ball you’ll need to connect the Mirror ball to the motor and hang upside down on one end of the ‘T” (use the side where there is no screw. On the opposite side where is the screw, you’ll unscrew the bolt and attach the Spot Pin facing the Disco Ball and aim the light at the disco ball to reflect back at the room.

You’ll need an extra extension cord to set this up. If you don’t have one to bring with you there is one with my system.

Music – take Diane’s plus my blue bin with the Now CD’s. That has all of my new music so you Must Be Careful NOT to let anyone steal from that bin. What comes out MUST GO BACK.

Also take the Queen CD from the smaller blue or red bin with you and the Gasolina CD from my Red Reggeton/Spanish music bin.

Thanks,
Buddy
