SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RF INDUSTRIES, LTD., (NASDAQ:RFIL - News) today announced that Forbes Magazine has again recognized RFI as one of the 200 Best Small Companies in America in its October 27, 2008 issue. RFI was also named, for the third consecutive year, to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious Technology Fast 50 list for San Diego County, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area, based on growth in the most recent fiscal year and sales growth over the previous five years. "Forbes notes that RFI's five-year sales have advanced at an annual rate of approximately 12% per year and EPS have increased at a 23% annual rate. We are pleased that both Forbes' and Deloitte have recognized our accomplishments," said Howard Hill, RFI's President and CEO.

The Forbes 200 Best Small Companies ranking is limited to firms with sales between $5 and $750 million and a share price over $5. Companies were ranked based on return on equity, sustained growth and net profits in the recent year and five-year periods.
