Herborium Group Signs Letters of Intent to Distribute AcnEase® in India and Hungary

First Clinical Testing in Europe Planned

TEANECK, NEW JERSEY – February 27, 2007, Herborium Group, Inc. (OTCBB: HBRM), a developer and marketer of novel botanical therapeutics®, announced today that it signed Letters of Intent with Elite Private LTD, a UK-based British-Indian distributor, and YCBL Service and Trading Company Ltd., a division of MANUFAKTURA CO.,LTD a Hungarian health care products distributor, to distribute AcnEase® (www.acnease.com), its all natural product for treating the symptoms of acne and rosacea, in India and Hungary.

“We are truly excited about these international opportunities.  Acne is a global problem and the marketing prospects for AcnEase® in the global marketplace are extremely attractive. The market in India for herbal based medicines is very large and is already very “botanicals friendly”, allowing distribution by doctors and medical institutions” said  Dr. Agnes Olszewski,  Herborium Group President and CEO.

“AcnEase is presently sold in the UK and other European countries based on initial clinical testing already performed in China. Our Hungarian partner plans to conduct clinical testing of AcnEase® in Hungary which represents the first clinical testing performed on AcnEase in the European Union.  This clinical testing is an important step in Herborium’s strategy to meet new regulatory directives that will take effect in Europe in 2012” adds Olszewski.
