WPCS International Incorporated (Nasdaq: WPCS), a

systems and wireless infrastructure, has announced that, through its Quality
Communications subsidiary, it has been selected by Rutgers University to design
and deploy a wireless network of components for fourteen security patrol
vehicles to enhance public safety.
The wireless network consists of patrol vehicle laptops, wireless modems and
digital video recording equipment capable of recording high definition video
with automatic wireless uploads to a central server. In addition, the network is designed to work in conjunction with the university's
record management system and it enables campus officers to get immediate access
to law enforcement databases. The Rutgers University Division of Public Safety
continues to deploy leading edge technology to insure
the safety of its students, faculty staff and
visitors.
