Resources Global Professionals to Present on Change Management at International Conference in Denmark

 

Costa Mesa, CA, May 24, 2007 -- Resources Global Professionals, a leading multinational provider of professional services and the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), announced today that Chris Hagler, global head of Resources' Human Capital and Information Management practices, will be a speaker on change management at the Copenhagen Business School’s international conference “Client-Consultant Cooperation: Coping with Complexity and Change” in Denmark on June 1, 2007.

 

Ms. Hagler will present her white paper entitled “A Practical Approach to Change Management: How to Make Change Stick.”  The paper highlights, with the aid of real company examples, the Resources CTAC© approach designed to ensure that any system, process or organizational change within a company endures over the long term.  The CTAC approach encompasses Communication, Training, Aligning Roles and Responsibilities, and Compensation/Motivation and is based on over 10 years of experience working with leading organizations undergoing change.  Copies of the paper are available (please contact media representatives listed above).

ABOUT CHRIS HAGLER

As the Global Managing Director of Strategic Services, Chris Hagler has responsibility for the growth and strategic development of Resources’ Human Capital and Information Management practices as well as Resources’ content management application, policyIQÒ. In addition, Ms. Hagler serves as the Regional Managing Director for the Southeast region.  In this capacity, she oversees the growth and operations within the region as well as overall strategy and leadership.  Prior to joining Resources in 1998, Ms. Hagler was Director of Marketing for Sonoco Engraph of Atlanta, Ga. and prior to that, with Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta, specializing in analysis, redesign and implementation of processes.  Chris holds an Undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Client-Consultant Cooperation—Coping with Complexity and Change

Organized by the Management Consulting Division – Academy of Management at the Copenhagen Business School, the conference will highlight key experiences from the practice of consulting, the most current academic research on consulting and new ways of teaching consulting.

The program will consist of invited keynote speakers from the academic world, top executives from various industries and the public sector, and international management consultants. There will be panel discussions on topics related to the theme of the conference as well as paper and symposia presentations submitted by the participants. Proceedings will be published with all the submissions accepted for presentation at the conference. Awards will be given to the best papers within various categories.
