NEWS RELEASE PACIFIC SAFETY PRODUCTS INC. ANNOUNCES ESTABLISHMENT OF U.S. BUSINESS |
KELOWNA, British Columbia,
Canada – May 23, 2006 - Pacific Safety Products Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PSP)
("PSP" or "the Company")
today announced that it is establishing a wholly owned subsidiary, Sentry Armor
Systems, to be located in Dover, Tennessee. Sentry Armor will develop, market,
manufacture and sell armor systems for customers including the U.S. Federal
Government, the Department of Defense, State and Law Enforcement agencies. The
production plant will commence operations in July 2006 and initial orders will
be fulfilled by Sentry during that quarter.
