Clean Power Technologies Update On AIM Listing

Dear Shareholders:

It is with satisfaction I wish to advise you all that during my recent visit to London, England,

I met with advisors to pursue our corporate objectives to seek a listing of Clean Power

Technologies Inc. on the Alternative Investments Market (commonly called AIM) on the

London Stock Exchange.

The advisors were supportive of our approach and find our project appealing. Our next round

of meetings will be held in London from June 24^th.

Regarding our attendance at the Bahrain Green 2007 conference, a Press Release will be issued

early next week. Stay tuned.
