International politics by Emil Malak

History repeats itself

Peace in the Ukraine can only be achieved if first there is a balanced and unbiased understanding of the situation

I am not siding with President Putin; I am simply being historically accurate in the hope of saving lives

Over the years, I have written many op-eds on various subjects including my recent articles on coronavirus, COVID vaccines scams, unfair patent laws, and even climate change scams. Sometime ago, I dedicated years of my life to studying history from all periods, but with a particular focus on the World War II era ahead of writing my World War II novel, Sadness with JoyI am planning to write my next article on the looming evil World Economic Forum (WEF) that many believe will soon take control of our lives through a global digital currency system that will bring an end to the mighty dollars and physical currency. The vaccine passports were just a trial run to test the feasibility of going digital and cashless to take greater control of the world masses and be able to monitor our every move. There is Charles Klaus Schwab the founder of a group of elite Billionaires and closet dictator politicians that want to achieve world economic domination through globalization by the implementation of a uniform digital currency control for the world.

Clearly, both mainstream media and social media outlets promote their own biases and do not report the truth. Independent investigators are needed to verify Russian war crimes being committed, and the United Nations should take swift action to expel Russia altogether.

Below are links to some previous articles on the coronavirus confirming that many epidemiologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists and health authorities got it all wrong. We will continue to pay for the massive COVID-19 vaccine scams for years to come. The number of vaccine injuries is climbing and will continue to do so for a long time to come. Even Dr. Fauci is now conceding that the government will no longer be involved in mandating vaccine passports.

Russia will never win; they must pay reparations now for the damage they’ve caused in Ukraine, all Russian oil and gas payments should be sequestered

For the sake of world peace Russia should not be permitted to keep one inch of Ukraine

The useless United Nations must expel Russia at once!

It is impossible for a country of only 140 million people, representing just 2% of the world population, to win against more than two thirds of the world. It is hard enough for a country like Russia to govern itself having such a vast country covering nine time zones and one hundred minority languages, thirty-five of which are officially recognized.

What makes Russia think they will successfully annex Ukraine after failing in military conflicts against Afghanistan and Chechnya? The Ukrainians and the Russians after all, have much in common. They are very similar people that speak the same language, share the same culture, and have similar religious beliefs. Yet Russia somehow thinks they can attack their neighbors in a clear act of war and get away with it. They must be made to pay for their egregious actions.

Under their bully president, Vladimir Putin, Russia is nothing more than a paper tiger. Their military is not even close to being what they claim it is. The international courts must hold Russia accountable and make them pay for all the damages and human loss they have caused. All Russian oil and gas exports as well as farming and mining payments must be sequestrated and used to build back Ukraine. My advice to people is that we that are able, should share our good fortune with the suffering people of Ukraine. Helping our fellow man is the right thing to do and will make us happier and bring us good fortune in the process.

Putin is another Hitler; he is killing his own people with no regard for anyone

This is evil Putin’s war, not the Russian peoples’

History has a way of repeating itself. Another evil assassin has risen up, this time in the person of Vladimir Putin and the western world is afraid to take definitive action to stop him. I spent four years of my life analyzing the second world war, studying Hitler, Stalin, Churchill and President Roosevelt as I prepared to write my WWII novel, Sadness with JoyI concluded that World War II could have been avoided had France, United Kingdom, and the west not tried to appease Hitler. As a matter of fact, the Czechoslovakian military was just as strong as the German military, and they would have beaten the Germans if the West would have just stood firm against Hitler. Today, the procrastination by the West, led by the United States and the useless NATO are giving evil Vladimir Putin every reason to carry out his genocidal attacks against the great Ukrainian people. How can any individual or country support this unprovoked invasion of another country in the 21 first century?

No country should be permitted to invade another

Have we not learned anything from the outcomes of other invasions by the United States and other Western nations?  The outcomes have been disastrous.  Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, and Syria have all ended badly. No country should invade another, let them work out their own internal problems. But we should always come to the defense of an innocent country that is under attack. If evil Putin is allowed to win against the Ukraine, he will not stop there, but will go after other central and eastern European countries next. He must be defeated with air cover and a unified ground army defense to combat his weak forces head on.

Let’s not forget the lessons of history, when Hitler told a naïve British Prime Minister that he would stop at the Sudetenland as he considered them Germans. He didn’t stop. Instead, next he went after the rest of Czechoslovakia, then came Poland and on to World War II.

We need to call Putin’s bluff now, before it is too late

I disagree with weak leaders like Leon Panetta who talk a good game but refuse to support the use of ground forces and air cover. Mr. Panetta knows very well who Putin is as he recently said himself, "Putin is a bully, and the only thing he really understands is force." I have a message for Leon Panetta, words are cheap. We do not need words; we need decisive action. He admits that only force will stop Putin but refuses to support providing air cover or ground forces. In so doing, the former secretary of defense is merely appeasing Putin just as Western Europe appeased Hitler.

April 12 Update

I use the saying, "Silence in the Face of Evil is Evil”; why are the Orthodox churches in Russia remaining silent?

President Putin has civilian blood on his hands that will ultimately cause his downfall

All the Russian Generals and President Putin must be tried through a revival of the Nuremberg Court.

Deliberate shelling of civilian quarters is a war crime; Russia must be held accountable for their actions

Whether or not Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine was justified is debatable depending on which side someone is on. What is not debatable is the unjustified, cold-blooded attacks we have seen on civilians and civilian targets. Civilian attacks on innocent Ukrainians are evil and reprehensible, and I believe will be the ultimate downfall of Vladimir Putin. Since military hostilities began, we have seen brutal attacks by Russian forces on many civilian structures in Ukraine including apartment buildings, theatres, and even a maternity and children’s hospital. Their latest civilian attack was on the city of Bucha, which the Russians claim was staged by Ukraine. Russian generals must be held accountable for the innocent blood they have shed. I hope we will see a repeat of the Nuremberg trials to bring these war criminals to justice.

My op-eds are my opinions. I take no prisoners.  I’ve called out both sides when they’ve needed to be called out based on facts. Unfortunately, social media and the Silicon Valley are biased and no longer have any interest in reporting the truth. Our old democracy has been manipulated by the internet and the dominant tyranny of the World Economic Forum.

Military forces need to fight other military forces, not civilians. There is never a justifiable cause to murder innocent civilians or take aim at civilian targets. Whether or not Putin is ousted for these actions, I cannot imagine his conscience will ever let him be at peace. My prediction for this conflict no matter which way it goes is a very sad ending. Regardless of how much power we acquire while on this earth, we can’t take any of it with us. In the end, we all end up in the ground with nothing.

I feel for and pray for the great and brave Ukrainian people. Their determination and perseverance will win the day against the evil President Putin. Innocent Ukrainian citizens have been shot while having their hands bound behind their backs, fallen into deadly booby traps set by barbaric Russian soldiers and the women have been raped and their naked bodies burned. These brutal tactics we have seen from Russian military forces have no place in a civilized 21st century society. The world must demand justice for the Ukrainian people.

A Russian missile strike on the city of Kramatorsk killed more than 57 civilians and caused heavy damage to property.

Russia takes aim at civilian targets.         Ukrainian maternity and children’s hospital.

Clean up after hospital attack.            Dead bodies with tied hands in Bucha.

The Ukrainian army should also be investigated for shooting and killing a Russian soldier taken captive

They are worse than animals

Shame on them! The ones that do such things are not true soldiers. They are thugs and should be investigated for other potential war crimes committed.

A video has emerged which purports to show Ukrainian forces shooting and killing a captive Russian soldier.

World war three has already begun; it’s just in a slow burning phase

NATO could have easily avoided the Russia/Ukraine conflict. The inexperienced, but charismatic, and courageous Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was played by NATO and Europe as they caused the war we are seeing unfold before our eyes.

President Zelenskyy has signaled his agreement to not join NATO or allow NATO missile deployment from inside Ukraine's borders, but it seems like this is coming too late. The death and destruction suffered since this war began could have been avoided had he agreed to this sooner. Now it's time to call Putin’s bluff. Even if he were to fire a nuclear missile as a warning, troops must be deployed to stop him from further encroaching into Central and Eastern Europe. This is a major problem for Europe that they brought upon themselves over these past many years by letting Russia take parts of Georgia and Ukraine. Now they are left to pay a hefty price for their previous inaction.

Five Possible Scenarios

Stop pussyfooting around! Only strength will win; not the present weakness of the Western alliance

Personally, my recommendations are scenarios one and three, call Putin’s bluff

Scenario One

Deploy NATO and European troops now and defeat Russia’s weak ground forces

To allow any form of settlement with Russia would be the end of a peaceful and prosperous Europe

Europe is already at war with Russia; it's time to deploy troops on the ground and gain control of the airspace maintaining a no-fly zone. Europe was already weak and recently has weakened further following the coronavirus and the vaccine scams. Today, there are already between four and five million Ukrainian refugees in need of financial support and that number could soon grow to more than ten million if this war continues to carry on.

Europe cannot afford to let Putin win; they must go all in and defeat him right now. If not, Russia will chip away at other European countries one by one and slowly bankrupt Europe. Putin will never stop unless he is stopped. He is going to destroy them anyway so they may as well call his bluff and fight him right now before he continues with his plans to extort Central and Eastern Europe.

Russia’s alleged military might has proven to be extremely weak. A determined Ukrainian people with brooms and sticks have managed to repel what we believed was the second strongest army in the world. Russian ground forces have technically surrendered many villages to the Ukrainian military. Does Russia even have a strong nuclear force to deploy?  It begs to question, is it all just a big bluff? The Russian ground forces lack discipline and are no match for the United States military, Europe, or NATO. Why is the West so scared?

Any military that shoots civilians and unarmed troops are thugs and should be beaten by force. The United States and Europe should provide Ukraine with arms and more actively assist in the war against Russia by deploying ground troops, achieving air sovereignty and maintaining a no-fly zone ASAP. Only strength will prevail, but so far procrastination by the West has played right into Putin’s hands. He is exploiting weakness and further strengthening his own resolve.

Remember the useless former British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain appeasing Adolf Hitler. The second world war would have been averted had Britain and France defended Czechoslovakia. We should learn lessons from history.

Remember also that President John F Kennedy was prepared to start a nuclear war against the former Soviet Union unless they removed their nuclear missiles from Cuba.  If Kennedy did not accept the installation of nuclear missiles in Cuba, 90 miles off the coast of the United States, why do we now expect President Putin to accept the installation of NATO nuclear missiles in Ukraine on the Russian border?

Scenario Two

This is what Putin wants

Another option would be for President Zelenskyy to resign and take on a bureaucratic job in Brussels and reinstate ex-President Viktor Yanukovych currently living in exile in Russia and who happens to be a close friend of Vladimir Putin.

Scenario Three

Putin is bluffing; call his bluff

The West pushes President Putin to the limits. He loses control and launches the first of his 6000 nuclear missiles. This drags China into the war, and no one will survive great casualties. Obviously, a nuclear war would be devastating for everyone. Putin’s initial nuclear strikes would be against one of the weaker, non-nuclear western countries. His first attacks would never be against a power like the United States, France or the United Kingdom, whose nuclear capabilities would be a strong deterrent.

Putin is bluffing. He must realize how badly his army has performed on the ground.

No one will survive a nuclear war and he knows it.

Scenario Four

Cut a deal with Putin and invite Russia to join NATO as an associate. Sometimes there is no other option but to deal with the devil in order to save innocent lives. Pragmatism and outside of the box thinking are needed to navigate through these difficult times.

President Zelensky of Ukraine is not without blame. Now he is begging for a peaceful deal with Russia, but all of this suffering by the Ukrainian people could have been avoided had he agreed to no deployment of NATO nuclear missiles adjacent to Russia in the first place.

Scenario Five

We are getting closer to having a bankrupt Europe

Weak NATO leadership does not have the grip, tenacity, or determination to stop Russia

Why does NATO keep declaring what they will not do?

I lay the blame for the Ukraine entirely on NATO. Who are the losers and who are the winners in all this? Europe will for sure be the losers. European banks and many companies are already starting to write off around 5% of their investments in Russia. We might soon see a liquidity crunch from many European banks. There are already shortages of gas, coal, oil, fertilizers, farming products, steel, and grains, Meat prices have risen sharply, and many cars have become too expensive for the average consumer. Supply chain issues have also disrupted many industries including car and computer chip manufacturing, causing the prices of many goods to more than double.

On top of all these increases due to the already burdensome Ukrainian war, feckless green parties are sweeping through Europe and the West with their baseless climate change claims and manipulated pseudo-science. They use fear mongering tactics to scare governments into imposing burdensome regulations and make outlandish claims of irreparable damage to the planet from human caused carbon dioxide emissions when in actuality the total share of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is only 0.04%; the percentage of human caused CO2 is only .0016%.

https://www.ceocfointerviews.com/emilmalakclimateoped2020.html

Let me recount what an average person recently told me about how he sees the current Russian/Ukrainian conflict. According to him, the United States screwed Europe over by pushing a weakened Europe into the war with Ukraine. The United States has no competition in the world and can easily control naïve European countries. Their military manufacturing machines are now in full demand, farming is plentiful and they have all the oil they need. The United States could easily become self-sufficient. Conversely, Europe is in trouble of its own making. On top of all these economic problems, Putin is sending millions of Ukrainian refugees to Europe. No government social service could cope with such a high influx.

Germany’s powerful economy will diminish in record time. Europe will have no option but to raid pension funds to survive. Watch your real estate holdings. States may be forced to assess higher real estate and mortgage taxes.

Germany Industrial might has been destroyed by bad political decisions

I am an admirer and support of German scientists and industrialists. Unfortunately, because I care for such great hard-working people, I am sounding the alarm on how bad political decisions can starts to destroy a great industrial nation.

The shutting down of the nuclear power stations, today Germany industrial fate is subject to Russian oil and gas. Then there is the cost of social services as a result for letting millions of Refugees into the country.

Today, the foreign minister of Germany wanting to send tanks and arms to Ukraine, which is a declaring of an active war against Russia.

Last but not least, the green party destruction of the German economy through irresponsible climate change initiatives that have no effect whatsoever on improving the climate, read my climate change op-ed.

Germany is becoming a textbook on how to self-destroy your own economy through very bad political decisions.

The winner from the Ukrainian war is the United States; for sure the loser is Europe

Europe must dismantle the economically failed European Union and replace it with its own NATO that does not depend on the USA.

The latest war in Ukraine proves that unless the military is under a country’s direct control, they will never be able to effectively defend their land. Why should Europe expect America to fight its war? All the billions spent on the pipe dreams of a European Union must be replaced with a strong military force.

Globalization has failed the west, economic protectionism is the only solution

Supply chain disruptions resulting from the Ukrainian war confirm the need for independence

Naïve western governments need to wake up and revert to the days they had economic and military independence. China and other countries are subsidizing their cheap labour and are stealing western jobs. China controls several industries including microchips, rare earth manufacturing of production equipment, and pharmaceuticals, to name just a few. They are now following the same strategy in Brazil, where China is buying up farmland throughout Brazil and South America.

The world economic forum got it completely wrong. We may as well call it as it really is,  “China stealing Western jobs.” Below is an excerpt from the Gatestone Institute:

About 40 out of Africa's 54 countries participate in China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the global infrastructure and economic development project that the Chinese Communist Party launched in 2013. BRI aims to build an economic and infrastructure network connecting China with Europe, Africa and beyond, and has already strengthened China's global influence from East Asia to Europe by making countries worldwide increasingly dependent on China.

"China is dependent on Africa for imports of fossil fuels and commodities... Beijing has increased its control of African commodities through strategic direct investment in oil fields, mines, and production facilities, as well as through resource-backed loans that call for in-kind payments of commodities. This control threatens the ability of U.S. companies to access key supplies." — US-China Economic and Security Review Commission, 2020 annual report to Congress.

Once again the United Nation has failed the world with its handling of Ukraine

What is the United Nations all about? Nothing, Nada!

What have they done for World peace? Nothing, Nada!

The United Nations has become nothing more than a bureaucratic organization of tea and coffee sipping, gin and tonic and vodka swigging elites. The UN has never been able to solve a single dispute, on the contrary, their involvement only makes matters worse. What has the UN done for countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and Ukraine that are all disaster zones? Nations, throughout Europe, Central and South America, Africa, the Far East, Middle East, and the United States would be much better off forming their own united body that will defend their territories and deal with their humanitarian problems.

The United States is the biggest financial contributor to the United Nations by far, accounting for about one fifth of the entire UN budget. In 2020, the United States sent 11.6 billion dollars to the UN, and for what? Apparently so they could do the bidding for China, Russia, Afghanistan, Iraq and other rogue states. Today, we see clearly how the United Nations has had zero effect in preventing Russia from occupying the Ukraine. It’s obvious the United Nations has outlasted its utility. Dismantling the UN is long overdue.

https://www.cfr.org/article/funding-united-nations-what-impact-do-us-contributions-have-un-agencies-and-programs

During my deep dive into history for my novel, I carefully analyzed the four main world players on the World War II stage, Russia’s Josef Stalin, U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Britain’s Winston Churchill, and Germany’s Adolf Hitler. A true historian should never try to manipulate history. They must always present the pure facts as they unfolded; the good, the bad and the ugly with no deviation. If we sugar-coat our mistakes, we will never learn from them and will miss out on improving our lives through the important lessons of our past.

As a staunch supporter of the western values that define us in the Americas and Europe, I fear those values are being diminished before our eyes in large part because of so much internet misinformation. As I searched my conscience to make sense of the recent Russian invasion of the Ukraine, I realized that we are witnessing a repeat of history. There is little difference between the current Russian/Ukrainian situation and the Cuban Missile Crisis that took place in 1962. On its foundation both moments in history were nearly identical. The United States took action to prevent Russian missiles arriving in Cuba and being pointed at them from just 90 miles away. Had Nikita Khrushchev had not backed down, JFK was prepared to go nuclear. While President Kennedy did not occupy Cuba with boots on the ground, he did engage in an alternate form of occupation by surrounding the island with warships to keep Russia out. A navy blockade surrounded the waters of Cuban, nothing in or out without it being vetted by America.

America’s declared possibility of nuclear war was an act of self-defense against a future strike by the Soviet Union.

Today, Vladimir Putin is essentially taking the same stance as Kennedy did in 1962. Putin wanted assurances that U.S. and NATO forces would NOT place nuclear missiles in the Ukraine, not 90 miles away as was the case with Cuba in 1962, but right on the Russian border. The west refused to give Putin the guarantees he was seeking. Putin felt like he was given no other option but to invade Ukraine to protect Russia from future nuclear attack. His actions closely mirrored the actions of President Kennedy. By icing out Putin, the West may have opened a big can of worms. Once Ukraine is taken by Russia, Poland and the Baltic states may be next if missiles are not removed. The political brinkmanship by the U.S., Europe, and NATO should have been less reactionary and more grounded in history. Isn’t this act against the Ukraine by Putin based on the same rationale and argument of self-defense made by President Kennedy?

I am not a politician, nor do I have political aspirations. I am an average Joe, who is well read, and an unbiased observer. All the talks of sanctions are futile. First, they are too little, too late. Secondly, President Vladimir Putin had already factored them in before he acted. I warn the West from using the "Swift" as a last resort, you starve Russia could trigger a nuclear standoff.

In 2015, visionary professor at the University of Chicago, John Mearsheimer blamed NATO, the U.S. and European allies for the current crisis in Ukraine

In 2015, visionary John Mearsheimer, the R. Wendell Harrison Distinguished Service Professor in the Political Science Department at the University of Chicago, where he has taught since 1982 wrote what has turned out to be a prophetic article about today’s Ukrainian crisis, nearly seven years before the current hostilities that could potentially lead to a nuclear war would begin.

Why does Professor Mearsheimer blame the west for this mess? He correctly points out how the west is intent on peeling Ukraine away from Russia’s orbit and incorporating them more fully into western society. The west is trying to accomplish this in two ways. First, militarily by trying to bring the Ukraine into NATO. Second, economically, with their efforts to make Ukraine a member of the European Union. During a 2015 speech, Mearsheimer said that such unfair support for the Ukraine would serve to bring Russia and China closer.

The Monroe Doctrine of 1823

Hypocritical application of the Monroe Doctrine

The Monroe Doctrine, named after U.S. President James Monroe, was a long-held U.S. foreign policy position that opposed European colonization in the western hemisphere and considered such foreign intervention to be potential acts of aggression against the United States. Buried in an 1823 address to a joint session of Congress by President Monroe, the doctrine warns European nations that the United States would not tolerate further colonization or puppet monarchs

https://history.state.gov/milestones/1801-1829/monroe

Isn’t it hypocritical to tout the tenets of the Monroe Doctrine and at the same time condemn Russia for doing precisely what the Monroe Doctrine says? Most western nations would be quick to go to war under the same circumstances. For the past many years, Russia has been facing the threat of a new Russian missile crisis right in their own backyard. To put it into perspective, if Canada or Mexico were to align themselves with China and permitted the Chinese to place missiles in their country pointed at the United States, the Americans would be completely justified in taking military action against their bordering nation to stand their ground.

I am in no way justifying the hostile actions that have been taken against the Ukraine.  I am simply trying to be a neutral observer that can see the conflict from all perspectives. Remember, it was the west that played a major role in toppling the pro-Russian, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych (2010-2014), by the so-called Orange Democratic Revolution. The west cannot use the Monroe Doctrine to justify their actions while denying Russia or anyone else the same protections.

Why does the mainstream media ignore these facts? Unless we are aware of our history, we risk repeating major mistakes and may find ourselves moving closer to nuclear war. The Cabal agents of today’s social and mainstream media seem to be driving the world closer to a third world war. They are supporting a propaganda campaign and are dictating that everyone must side against Russia or be silenced and even threatened with jail. What happened to democracy, and freedom of speech? As a Canadian, do I risk being imprisoned by my dictator prime minister for staying true to my observations and sharing my opinions?

This terrible conflict could have been avoided and lives spared had the west just given Russia a seat at the table rather than push them away.

Why is it possible for Nato to deploy Nuclear missiles on the Border of Russia without any consequences?

President J Kennedy did not tell the American people and the world that he had to give up the nuclear missiles in Turkey for Russian to withdraw Cuba; it was not a climb down by Khrushchev.

We need to avoid a present and future nuclear war with Russia; this is the time to invite them to join Nato.

The United States first deployed nuclear weapons on Turkish soil in 1959. President John F. Kennedy used them as bargaining chips to end the Cuban missile crisis in 1962, agreeing to withdraw nuclear-armed Jupiter missiles from Turkey in exchange for the removal of Soviet nuclear weapons in Cuba, Oct 18, 2019

In a separate deal, which remained secret for more than twenty-five years, the United States also agreed to remove its nuclear missiles from Turkey. Although the Soviets removed their missiles from Cuba, they escalated the building of their military arsenal; the missile crisis was over, the arms race was not.

Kennedy used them as bargaining chips to end the Cuban missile crisis in 1962, agreeing to withdraw nuclear-armed Jupiter missiles from Turkey in exchange for the removal of Soviet nuclear weapons in Cuba. But Washington has continued to deploy shorter-range tactical nuclear forces since then, Oct 18, 2019

Warning to Vladimir Putin

Do not miscalculate world opinion that has already started against you and will get much stronger as the invasion of Ukraine is prolonged, so get out as soon as possible.

He must not overreach or overplay his hand. If he does, he may find himself in another quagmire like the Afghanistan guerilla war situation. The Ukrainians are extremely resilient, tough, and patriotic people, and they are getting all the help they need from Europe and America. The Ukrainian military is not as weak as you predicted, they are already putting up a fight against your forces. Currently, Putin still has the upper hand, and should negotiate a deal now while he is still in the driver’s seat.

Putin can never win the fight against the 30 or more countries that are standing with the Ukraine and resolute in stopping Russian aggression. In the end it will be the poor civilians on both sides that bear the brunt of the suffering. Putin, Biden, and Europe must try to settle on a peaceful outcome. I am warning everyone on both sides of this fight; if we cannot find a peaceful resolution now, there will not be any winners, only losers. I would not discount Russia. If they feel they are backed into a corner, a nuclear strike is not out of the question.

Warning: Don’t back Putin into a corner; nuclear options may be getting closer

Putin said that if there is no Russia there will be no world

Putin also said he will not start a nuclear war, but if any of the world’s nuclear powers launch an attack he will fight back, and hard.

On February 24, when Russian President Vladimir Putin announced his invasion of Ukraine, he also made another threat. Putin said, “No matter who tries to stand in our way or … create threats for our country and our people, they must know that Russia will respond immediately, and the consequences will be such as you have never seen in your entire history.” He also stated, “Today’s Russia remains one of the most powerful nuclear states,” and justified his attacks by claiming that Ukraine was in the process of building its own nuclear arsenal.

Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, responded to Putin’s claim saying, “There’s no evidence of that at all.” New START (strategic arms reduction treaty) is a nuclear arms reduction treaty between the United States and the Russian Federation signed on 8 April 2010 and was extended in 2020 for years until February 2026. The agreement limits all Russian deployed intercontinental-range nuclear weapons, including every Russian nuclear warhead that is loaded onto an intercontinental-range ballistic missile that can reach the United States in approximately 30 minutes.

By Kristensen's count, Russia has about 6,000 nuclear weapons and the United States has about 5,500. Either nuclear arsenal is large enough to kill billions of people — but also to serve as a deterrent against attack.

https://www.vox.com/22951004/nuclear-weapons-russia-ukraine-war-putin

https://www.quora.com › Putin-said-that-if-there-is-no-Ru...

Why is NATO able to deploy nuclear missiles on the Border of Russia when President Kennedy declared such Cuban deployment as a threat to America?

There is no way that Russia will back down and allow nuclear missiles been placed on its doorsteps. What is most concerning is that Ukraine has been played, testing the resolve of Putin, now could easily become the sacrificial lamb, as usual the civilians suffer. The Baltic states are next. This is not a time for rhetoric that will run the risk of ratcheting up hostilities. This is a time for level-headed thinking and clear communication to help bring this desperate situation to a swift and peaceful end.

How would a wild aggressive animal react if he is cornered? Instinctively knowing he has no chance; he will attack and take you down with him. A human is not much different. I warn the British and Canadian foreign ministers to cool it. If Putin initiate a Russian nuclear strike, for sure he will not attack the USA; Britain and Canada could be first.

How can we stop a prolonged war in Europe?

Only a visionary pragmatic move by the west will save the day

Make Russia a member of NATO and an associate of the European Union

Doing so will isolate China

If action is not taken now and the situation is not brought to a swift and peaceful resolution soon, we will have a prolonged, dangerous war on our hands that will be economically devastating for Europe. America will be much less affected; it will be the Europeans that will pay a steep price for a decade or more. The only way to achieve progress, peace and prosperity is by settling on a solution that benefits all sides.

Why not invite Russia to become a major member of NATO and be an associate that can enjoy a privileged economic relationship with the European Union?  This could be a big step towards achieving lasting peace in the region and bring an end to these ongoing, unnecessary military confrontations. Peace is what is needed. To do so there may require humility and casting pride and ego into the garbage where they belong. Let's all be united and pray for peace.

China is watching and an invasion of Taiwan is inevitable

China is keeping a very close eye on Europe and how the world is reacting to the Ukrainian situation. I believe within a few weeks we will see a Chinese invasion of Taiwan citing the same exact reason as Russia. The United States and Taiwan should sit down with China and strike a pre-emptive deal, better than the one with Hong Kong. It is time to face the facts; Taiwan will never be independent while China is a superpower.

Below are extracts from various links:

For thirteen days in October 1962 the world waited—seemingly on the brink of nuclear war—and hoped for a peaceful resolution to the Cuban Missile Crisis

In October 1962, an American U-2 spy plane secretly photographed nuclear missile sites being built by the Soviet Union on the island of Cuba. President Kennedy did not want the Soviet Union and Cuba to know that he had discovered the missiles. He met in secret with his advisors for several days to discuss the problem.

After many long and difficult meetings, Kennedy decided to place a naval blockade, or a ring of ships, around Cuba. The aim of this "quarantine," as he called it, was to prevent the Soviets from bringing in more military supplies. He demanded the removal of the missiles already there and the destruction of the sites. On October 22, President Kennedy spoke to the nation about the crisis in a televised address.

Click here to listen to the Address in the Digital Archives (JFKWHA-142-001)

No one was sure how Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev would respond to the naval blockade and US demands. But the leaders of both superpowers recognized the devastating possibility of a nuclear war and publicly agreed to a deal in which the Soviets would dismantle the weapon sites in exchange for a pledge from the United States not to invade Cuba. In a separate deal, which remained secret for more than twenty-five years, the United States also agreed to remove its nuclear missiles from Turkey. Although the Soviets removed their missiles from Cuba, they escalated the building of their military arsenal; the missile crisis was over, the arms race was not.

In 1962 the Soviet Union began to secretly install missiles in Cuba to launch attacks on U.S. cities. The confrontation that followed, known as the Cuban missile crisis, brought the two superpowers to the brink of war before an agreement was reached to withdraw the missiles.

The Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962 was a direct and dangerous confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War and was the moment when the two superpowers came closest to nuclear conflict. The crisis was unique in several ways, featuring calculations and miscalculations as well as direct and secret communications and miscommunications between the two sides. The dramatic crisis was also characterized by the fact that it was primarily played out at the White House and the Kremlin level with relatively little input from the respective bureaucracies typically involved in the foreign policy process.

After much debate in his administration Kennedy authorized a clandestine invasion of Cuba by a brigade of Cuban exiles. The brigade hit the beach at the Bay of Pigs on April 17, 1961, but the operation collapsed in spectacular failure within 2 days.

During the Cuban Missile Crisis, leaders of the U.S. and the Soviet Union engaged in a tense, 13-day political and military standoff in October 1962 over the installation of nuclear-armed Soviet missiles in Cuba, just 90 miles from U.S. shores. ... Kennedy also secretly agreed to remove U.S. missiles Turkey Oct 22, 2021

Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev orders withdrawal of missiles from Cuba, ending the Cuban Missile Crisis. In 1960, Khrushchev had launched plans to install medium and intermediate range ballistic missiles in Cuba that would put the eastern United States within range of nuclear attack.

Historians agree that the Cuban Missile Crisis helped to thaw Cold War relations between the USA and the USSR. Both leaders had seen how their game of brinkmanship had nearly ended in nuclear war. Now they were more prepared to take steps to reduce the risk of nuclear war.

Thus, the Soviet did not remove missiles from Cuba because they were willing to do so. Instead, they had no other option other than escaping from the U.S. that was provoked by these missiles. Thus, the U.S. won during the crisis. Political moment

What will happen to the west if Ukraine and Taiwan fall to Russia and China?

The world's top semiconductor maker Taiwan, needs neon gas from the world's top neon gas producer, Ukraine

Ukraine produces 70% of the world’s neon gas, and 90% of the neon gas that is used in the manufacturing of semiconductors. Meanwhile, Taiwan accounts for more than 60% of the world’s total semiconductor manufacturing, and 92% of the most advanced semiconductors according to an April 2021 report from Boston Consulting and the Semiconductor Industry Association. The remaining 8% of sophisticated semiconductors are made in South Korea.

Whether we are aware of it or not, we have become completely dependent on semiconductors. They are a necessary component in most of our everyday items such as, computers, mobile phones, cameras, televisions, washing machines, kitchen appliances, LED bulbs, automobiles, medical equipment, and much more. Semiconductors are the brains of modern electronics.

Taiwan has been in China’s crosshairs for a long time and is continually being harassed by Chinese fighter jets invading their airspace. The Russian invasion of Ukraine may embolden China to initiate their own military strike to annex Taiwan. If that happens the west could be in big trouble. China is Russia’s best ally. If Russia takes control of Ukraine, and China of Taiwan, they will monopolize the semiconductor market and will have the ability to hold the West hostage. This could spell big trouble for the rest of the world.

A spy in the Room

Is this the beginning of the end for the US Dollar and Euro, or of Putin?

China, India, and Russia are moving forward on a SWIFT based Renminbi

Is Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s dream to replace the mighty dollar with China’s renminbi about to come true? Russian banks have been denied interbank SWIFT clearance because of recent sanctions, and Putin is showing no indication of backing down from his plan to occupy the Ukraine. A Chinese invasion of Taiwan could be the catalyst that creates an even tighter alliance between Russia and China. More sanctions on China could trigger a major monetary switch that would send shockwaves around the world.

The renminbi, the official currency of the People’s Republic of China, will be backed by gold, silver, or other precious metal standards, and could potentially become more valuable than the dollar. An alliance between China, India and Russia to use the new currency would represent more than one-third of the global population. What will happen to the American bond debts held by China and other countries?  If America cannot pay, those debts will be converted to a renminbi currency and will mean big trouble for the rest of the world.

As a recent article in Bloomberg stated, “Booting Russia from the critical global system – which handles 42 million messages a day and serves as a lifeline to some of the world’s biggest financial institutions – could backfire, sending inflation higher, pushing Russia closer to China, and shielding financial transactions from scrutiny by the west. It might also encourage the development of a SWIFT alternative that could eventually damage the supremacy of the US dollar.”

The only solution for the Dollar and the Euro is to stop the printing of valueless paper money and go back to a gold, silver, and precious metal standard.

Stagflation; an economic bankruptcy

President Putin is now resolved to trash Ukraine and has vowed to destroy "this Anti-Russia created by the West". According to France’s President Macron who had a 90-minute phone call with Putin, “the worst is yet to come.” Macron said the Russian leader will not stop until he has completely conquered Ukraine. Europe is facing another Chechnya and at this point sanctions will not help.

I am a staunch supporter of the American and European Administrations and therefore feel compelled to sound the alarm. The west must be careful not to overplay their hand with regards to sanctions against Russia. What is needed is a peaceful deal, and it’s imperative that they leave all the emotional expressions in the American and European political houses. It is time to put all nationalist feelings aside and give Putin what he asked for before the invasion, guarantees of no nuclear missiles on his borders. Every European nation and the United States would want the same for their countries.

A nuclear strike is a real possibility since Putin has about 6000 nuclear missiles at his disposal. Talks of sanctioning the oligarchy in hopes of bringing Putin down are just silly and delusional. It would only serve to further strengthen his resolve.

I repeat my calls to invite Russia to be part of NATO and an economic associate of the European Union. If the west continues to strangle Russia with sanctions, they will find themselves having to deal with millions of Ukrainian immigrants which would create a greater economic burden on Europe and speed up stagflation, persistent high inflation, and employment. They are already experiencing a difficult economy in the form of a recession and decreased economic output because of the coronavirus and the failure to eradicate it with the vaccine scam. COVID-19 is not going away. South Korea and Hong Kong are experiencing record outbreaks, and it’s a matter of weeks before Europe and the rest of the world experience another surge. Having millions of new refugees migrate to Europe will only compound the problems.

A most memorable dinner with Honourable Deng Pufang, son of China Chairman Deng Xiaoping

The pictures below are of me and my old acquaintance Deng Pufang, son of Deng Xiaoping. Deng Xiaoping was Paramount Leader of the People’s Republic of China from 1978 to 1992, who opened up China after Chairman Mao Zedong isolationist policies. Deng Pufang has dedicated his life to improving the rights of seventy million Chinese with disabilities. He is now retired from public life but is still one of China’s most loved and respected leaders.

In 2005, I was in a private dinner with Deng Pufang. I remember asking him what he considered to be the greatest threat to China’s future development. Specifically, I asked if the Chinese were concerned about the United States’ vast nuclear arsenal. He looked at me with a smile and said, “No my friend, nuclear threat is the least of the Chinese government’s worries. In this field we are as strong as America.” I repeated my question. He replied, “The internet communications and its future exposure to our nation. Especially the young generation that can be easily influenced. Your telephone company Digifonica/now Voip-pal is a part of internet telecommunications.”

Misinformations will become a True Art that will for sure result in a third world war. Unless it is strictly regulated it will be the beginning of the end for humanity.

Now 17 years later his prediction could be proven to be accurate.

A Western wave of democratic dictatorship

Despite obvious collusion between politicians and social and mainstream media to support coronavirus vaccines and their outright assault on freedom of speech and freedom of personal choice throughout today’s western democracies, we are still far better off in the West than the people that live in places like Russia and China. But for how long?

Vaccine injuries could lead to the future collapse of health authorities. We are currently experiencing an “insane spike” in the number of heart attacks and strokes, and that trend will continue for years to come. It’s all about money and has nothing to do with public health. Vaccines companies must be held liable.

As a last straw, the coronavirus vaccine scam is now starting to come to light as a growing number of serious vaccine injuries and deaths are being reported less than one year since the vaccinations and boosters became widely available. The CDC’s own data shows more than 1.2 million vaccine injuries reported on VAERS and nearly 27,000 deaths. And those are only the ones that get reported. We will never know the real numbers since the vast majority of vaccine related injuries and deaths go unreported.

A recent article in the NOQ Report explains how an “insane” spike in the number of heart attacks and strokes has prompted German emergency services to demand suspension of COVID vaccines. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Every year we can expect to see more increases as the vaccines mix with people’s DNA. The lies, and manipulation by health authorities and rogue scientists, along with the deceitful narratives forced upon us by social and mainstream media are already creating an untenable situation that will only get worse until health services get pushed to the breaking point and become unable to cope. Vaccine manufacturers must be held accountable and pay back their ill-gotten billions.

17 Op-eds written by Emil Malak since February 2020 have condemned the coronavirus vaccines

Since the start of the pandemic, I was labelled a conspiracy theorist, an anti-vaxxer, called many names that I prefer not to mention here, and even had a close friend tell me to get psychiatric help. All because I dared to share my thoroughly researched, factual views on the COVID-19 vaccines. Despite the rising numbers of vaccine injuries and deaths being reported, Western health authorities and their accomplices in the mainstream and social media, along with politically motivated rogue scientists continue to stand their ground to support more vaccine booster shots in the face of damning data to the contrary. This is complete suicidal madness on their part.

Today, I am a prisoner in my own country, Canada. My family and I, and others like us that made informed decisions not to get the COVID-19 vaccine are not permitted to leave the country because proof of vaccination is required to board a plane to fly anywhere from Canada. It makes no difference that whatever vaccine protection may have existed among the double vaccinated has already expired and is ineffective against even the new weak wave of Omicron. They can board a plane and the unvaccinated cannot. I will never take the coronavirus vaccines. Why should I or anyone unnecessarily risk a potentially serious vaccine injury knowing full well it’s not even effective. This is how dictatorships start.

The numbers of vaccine injuries will continue to skyrocket into the hundreds of millions. It will come to the point they will no longer be able to manipulate the figures. They will not be able to hide those huge numbers. Then what? We must stop all these vaccines and boosters now, even though it is already too late. They must admit to their mistakes, and the public must acknowledge they have been had!

As a person who now regrets having been vaccinated told me recently, "The COVID-19 vaccines are an IQ test and billions have already failed!"
